Recently, we have noticed a series of unilateral actions by Anse Holland and its related parties, which pose a potential threat to the stability of the global semiconductor industry chain. To avoid further escalation of the situation and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all parties, our company hereby issues the following statement:

Since the improper intervention of the Dutch Ministry of Economy, with a responsible attitude and the principle of safeguarding the interests of global customers, and with the strong assistance and promotion of relevant Chinese government departments, we have voluntarily released goodwill and expressed our willingness to engage in constructive communication with Anse Netherlands on how to restore the legitimate control of Wentai Technology and properly resolve the current dispute. We always believe that resolving differences through open dialogue is the practical and correct way to ensure the normal operation of the company and the stability of global chip supply.
However, it is deeply regrettable and puzzling that despite our utmost sincerity, Anse Holland has not yet made any substantive response to our communication proposal.
In view of this, we request that Anshi Holland propose a constructive and genuinely sincere solution on how to restore the legitimate control and complete shareholder rights of Wentai Technology, based on practical respect for facts and laws.
The stability of the global semiconductor industry is closely related to the overall development of the industry. We once again call on all parties to act rationally and responsibly, jointly maintaining the stability and prosperity of Anshi Semiconductor, and ensuring the supply chain security of global customers.
